What we collect: account details (name, username, email, phone), your lifestyle quiz answers, listings you create, messages you send, and — for verification — your government ID and live selfie.

How it's used: matching you with compatible roommates, verifying identities, and keeping the platform safe. Verification documents are encrypted, reviewed only by our trust team, and never shown to other members.

What we never do: sell your data, show your contact details publicly, or share documents with third parties except where the law requires.

Your controls: edit your profile in Settings, and request account or document deletion at privacy@spacematee.com.

The house rules.

One person, one account. You must be 18+, use your real identity, and pass verification to message or list.

Be honest in listings. Misleading photos, prices, or availability get listings removed and repeat offenders banned.

Respect people. Harassment, discrimination, or attempting to move payments off-platform to avoid protections leads to suspension.

We review, you decide. Verification reduces risk; it doesn't replace your judgement. Meet first in public places and never pay before viewing.
